JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CLEAN THE CUSTOMER'S HOMES THE SCRUBB CLEANING WAY

  • COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS & TEAM MEMBERS IN A PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS MANNER

  • HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAILS, ENSURE TO GIVE THE EXTRA MILE IF NEEDED. LEAVING HOUSES LOOKING GREAT!

  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE & MAKE GOOD/HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT WITHIN TEAM MEMBERS & CUSTOMERS

  • TEAM PLAYER WHO CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY

  • AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY 6AM-5-PM

COMPENSATION: $350.00 - $550.00 PER WEEK PLUS TIPS.

SUPERVISOR

AS SUPERVISOR YOU WILL ENSURE & PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO AREAS WITHIN YOUR TEAM MEMBERS SUCH AS QUALITY JOB, MEET DEADLINES ON TIME,CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXEMPLIFYING CODE OF VALUES BY SHOWING RESPECT & COURTESY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS & TEAM MEMBERS.

YOU ARE A PROACTIVE PERSON WHO IS ABLE TO MANAGE TIME TO SUCCESSFULLY MEET DEADLINES, SELF-STARTER WHO CAN INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS & TEAM MEMBERS. YOU HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS PROVEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH TEAM MEMBERS & CUSTOMERS.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • MANAGE PERSONNEL INCLUDING TRAINING, COACHING, AND DAY-TO-DAY GREAT QUALITY JOB.

  • TO BE ABLE TO HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH OPERATIONS MANAGER AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK-DAY SUCH AS MAKE REPORTS OF BROKEN/DAMAGE ITEMS IF ANY, NOTIFICATION IF TEAM CAN'T GAIN ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY.

  • PROACTIVE PERSON & POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO MAKE & MAINTAIN CUSTOMERS/TEAM RELATIONS. 

  • TO BE ABLE TO MAKE DECISION FOR WHAT IS BEST FOR TEAM MEMBERS & CUSTOMERS AT THE MOMENT.

  • RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO BE ABLE TO MANAGE CUSTOMERS' KEYS (OPEN/CLOSE PLACES), ALARM CODES (SET ON/OFF), MANAGING TIME TO EFFECTIVELY  MEET DEADLINES.

  • YOU HAVE A WELL-KNOWN SKILLS ON MAP PHONES.

  • MAINTAIN A  CLEAN & WELL-STOCKED WORK AREA. ENSURING CLEANING SUPPLIES ARE WELL-ASSIGNED & READY IN CAR FOR NEXT WORK DAY.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • AT LEAST 1 YEAR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE

  • STRONG ENGLISH WRITTEN & VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (SPANISH IS OPTIONAL)

  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT 

  • PHYSICALLY FIT- THE ROLE REQUIRES WALKING, BENDING, AND OTHER PHYSICAL ABILITIES 

  • AT LEAST 1 YEAR CLEANING EXPERIENCE

COMPENSATION $500.00 - $700.00 PER WEEK PLUS TIPS
