AS SUPERVISOR YOU WILL ENSURE & PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO AREAS WITHIN YOUR TEAM MEMBERS SUCH AS QUALITY JOB, MEET DEADLINES ON TIME,CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXEMPLIFYING CODE OF VALUES BY SHOWING RESPECT & COURTESY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS & TEAM MEMBERS.
YOU ARE A PROACTIVE PERSON WHO IS ABLE TO MANAGE TIME TO SUCCESSFULLY MEET DEADLINES, SELF-STARTER WHO CAN INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS & TEAM MEMBERS. YOU HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS PROVEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH TEAM MEMBERS & CUSTOMERS.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

MANAGE PERSONNEL INCLUDING TRAINING, COACHING, AND DAY-TO-DAY GREAT QUALITY JOB.

TO BE ABLE TO HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH OPERATIONS MANAGER AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK-DAY SUCH AS MAKE REPORTS OF BROKEN/DAMAGE ITEMS IF ANY, NOTIFICATION IF TEAM CAN'T GAIN ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY.

PROACTIVE PERSON & POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO MAKE & MAINTAIN CUSTOMERS/TEAM RELATIONS.

TO BE ABLE TO MAKE DECISION FOR WHAT IS BEST FOR TEAM MEMBERS & CUSTOMERS AT THE MOMENT.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

AT LEAST 1 YEAR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE

STRONG ENGLISH WRITTEN & VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (SPANISH IS OPTIONAL)

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT

COMPENSATION $500.00 - $700.00 PER WEEK PLUS TIPS
